最近 限界国家運営シミュレーションゲーム『#Suzeraine 』をプレイしたとき、与党を永久に与党にする方法を実際に使った。少数派を黙らせるために有能な独裁者が20年前に作った憲法の10％条項（国政選挙で全票数の10％に満たない票を得た政党の得票はゼロとみなして、その分を10％超えの党にその得票に応じて振り分ける）によって共産主義者と人口の8％を占める少数民族は国政に参加できない仕組み。憲法改正においてこいつを撤廃するかしないかが大きな決断だった。結局 大統領としては与党内
