What “rashists” means
WikipediaRuscism, sometimes Rashism or Russism, is a pejorative portmanteau and neologism used to describe the political ideology, social practices, and aggressive foreign policy of Russia under Vladimir Putin, characterizing the regime as neo-fascist.
