I roasted a turkey, post-Thanksgiving, specifically to provide us with a good supply of leftovers, so I needed to bake some good crusty sourdough bread for turkey sandwiches. This is white/wholegrain Kamut/wholegrain rye, at 77% hydration.
@mfierst @LadyParadis tbh I’ve never seen Kamut in a store. So I buy Kamut berries and mill them at home. The price of Kamut berries isn’t hugely different than of hard red spring wheat berries. And I really love the taste- totally worth it

What “kamut” means
