What “dinosauromorphs” means
WikipediaDinosauromorpha is a clade of avemetatarsalians that includes the Dinosauria (dinosaurs) and some of their close relatives in the Triassic Period. Dinosauromorpha was originally defined to include dinosauriforms and lagerpetids. A later definition specifically excluded pterosaurs from Dinosauromorpha, with the flying reptiles instead occupying its sister group Pterosauromorpha.
